A "voice" is synonymous with brand or image, though more specifically, it is the effective articulation of a company's or organization's image or brand through the printed or spoken word.
There is much more to a brand or image than a snappy logo and a well-packaged product or service. Every piece of communication, from a simple letter or brochure to a complex advertising campaign, should work as part of the same effort to convey the same message and guide the same course of action.
The simple truth is this: the better you communicate, the better the chance of success for your organization.
